All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after submitted. Day '1' starts the day after your order date. Business days does not include weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be emailed once your order is processed.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
She Grows Haircare LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
She Grows Haircare LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
WE USE FIRST CLASS & PRIORITY SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Thank you for your purchase with us at SheGrowsHaircare.com. We do not accept RETURNS OR EXCHANGES due to the nature of the product. If you need to make CHANGES to your order it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and requested changes. You can request to CANCEL your order, up to 24 hours after the order has been submitted. Once your order has left our facility no REFUNDS will be applicable.
She Grows Haircare is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. As a courtesy, feel free to email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please submit name, order number and photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
