Leave-In Growth Treatment:

Apply to scalp and massage in for 2 minutes, daily or every other day, for maximum results. 

Hot Oil Growth Treatment:

Apply to scalp and hair length, massage in for 2 minutes. Then cover hair with a plastic cap for 30-45 mins, or 15-20 minutes with heat. After, shampoo and condition your hair like normal. Style as desired.
